| The Monelison Volunteer Fire Department would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Big L Tire Pro in Lynchburg, VA, for their exceptional assistance with our Squad Truck.
Our department enjoys strong relationships with local service stations and wrecker companies, but occasionally, we encounter challenges that require specialized help. Recently, our Squad Truck developed an air leak in one of its tires. Despite the best efforts of our local service center, the issue proved difficult to diagnose. They recommended we take the truck to Big L Tire Pro.
Although we had never worked with Big L Tire before, one phone call was all it tookâthey told us to bring the truck in. When we arrived without an appointment, their team immediately went to work. They removed the wheel, quickly identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently. When we went to pay for their services, they surprised us by saying it was on the house.
This act of generosity speaks volumes about their commitment to supporting the community. Thank you, Big L Tire, for going above and beyond to help keep our emergency vehicles ready to serve Amherst County. |
