The Monelison Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce the launch of a new General Inquiry Form on its official website, designed to make it easier for the public to connect with the department.

This new feature allows residents to quickly and conveniently request services such as:

Fire department standby at community events
Fire prevention education or demonstrations
Assistance with changing smoke detector batteries
Submitting comments, feedback, or complaints

Once a form is submitted, a member of the fire department will respond within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication and support.

To access the form, visit monelisonvfd.com and select the General Inquiry option on the left-hand menu.

“We’re committed to being accessible and responsive to the community we serve,” said Joey Malott, FIre Chief. “This new form is another step toward strengthening our connection with residents and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.”
