Madison Heights, VA — Today, the Monelison Volunteer Fire Department proudly partnered with a local food pantry to collect canned goods and non-perishable items in support of families in need throughout our community.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of local residents, the drive was a resounding success. The department extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this worthy cause. Your donations will make a meaningful difference for those facing food insecurity.

Representing Monelison at the event were Acting Chief S. Daniel, Senior Firefighter J. Saren, Engineer N. Moore, and Probationary Firefighter E. Reedy. Their presence underscored the department’s ongoing commitment to community service beyond emergency response.
