| Madison Heights, VA – December 13, 2025 – The Monelison Volunteer Fire Department proudly hosted its annual raffle last night, continuing a cherished tradition that brings the community together in support of local fire services. Each year, 300 tickets are sold for a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000, and this year one lucky winner walked away with the top prize.
The raffle is one of the department’s primary fundraisers, held every December to help sustain operations and ensure the highest level of service for the community.
“We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from our community,” said Joey Malott, Fire Chief of Monelison Volunteer Fire Department. “Events like this wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our members and the generosity of our neighbors.”
